HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator supports the delivery of Human Resources services across the Country Office and Area Offices, ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and employee lifecycle processes in compliance with NRC standards and Mozambican labour legislation. Working under the supervision of the HR Manager, the role provides operational HR support to managers and employees across multiple locations, coordinating recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and compliance activities. The position aims to ensure consistent, efficient, and employee-focused HR service delivery throughout the organization.
