HR Coordinator

This role serves as the primary point of contact for offshore personnel, providing logistical, HR, and personnel management support to the Offshore Installation Manager and Rig Manager. The position ensures timely mobilization of crew, accurate certification compliance, and effective management of employee relations, payroll, and benefits. The coordinator also handles visa applications, training compliance, and supports emergency response and audit activities.
