HR Coordinator

Saint Clare's Health is seeking an HR Coordinator to manage the OnBase document management system for digitizing employee files and records. The role involves securely scanning, storing, organizing, retrieving, and maintaining employee documentation to ensure efficient access, compliance, and records management. The position also includes processing new hire paperwork, background checks, drug screens, I9/E-Verify, status changes, and maintaining licensure and certification reports. The HR Coordinator assists with hospital recognition programs and answers general Human Resources questions.
