HR Data Insights NA Expert

The HR Data Insights NA Expert is responsible for managing HR data reporting, creating and maintaining dashboards, and supporting self-service reporting tools across the region. This role involves analyzing data from multiple sources, troubleshooting operational issues, and providing guidance to the business on data and report outputs. The position requires strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Databricks, and SAP HR to ensure accurate and timely delivery of HR metrics and KPIs.
