About this role
Manages the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Workday employee data and HR transactions within the HR Solutions Center. Leads and develops the Data Management team responsible for employee records maintenance, ensuring compliance with policies, data standards, and service level expectations. Acts as the escalation point for data integrity and coordinates with HR partners and centers of excellence to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

Qualifications
