HR Director, Distribution Centers

The HR Director, Distribution Center Operations leads the human resources strategy and execution for multiple U.S. distribution centers and warehouses. The role partners with operations leadership to build a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce across a fast-paced, multi-site environment. It oversees workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, engagement, and organizational effectiveness for distribution center operations, and supports a multilingual employee population.
