HR Director, Global Engineering and MT&E

The HR Director, Global Engineering and MT&E serves as the strategic talent integrating pivotal talent initiatives between engineering leadership, business teams, and the HR community to strengthen Corning’s global engineering capabilities and talent pipelines. This role provides leadership for engineering workforce strategy, capability planning, succession management, and talent mobility while overseeing the MT&E Human Resources function. The position partners with engineering and HR leaders to assess critical capability needs, identify risks, and develop talent strategies essential to the company's success.
