About this role

The Director of Employee Experience (EMEA) will lead and scale the regional employee experience function, overseeing a team of regional and functional experts and acting as the primary escalation point for complex matters. The role partners closely with HR, business leaders, compliance, benefits, IT and other stakeholders to ensure a compliant, people-first, and seamless employee experience across the region. This position reports to the Senior Director of EMEA Employee Experience and focuses on driving operational excellence while supporting manager enablement and cultural initiatives.
