The HR Director will lead the Human Resources and Administration functions for a fast‑growing education nonprofit, overseeing a small HR team and an Administration manager. Reporting to the founders, the role is responsible for all HR areas including benefits, training, recruiting, compliance, and employee relations while supporting a hybrid work model.
