HR Director

The HR Director serves as the senior people leader for Ludios, partnering directly with the Studio CEO and Leadership Team to own the studio's people agenda. This role spans the full spectrum of HR, from hands-on employee relations and leadership support to organizational design, workforce planning, and long-term people strategy. The position ensures that the studio's people initiatives align with business goals while maintaining alignment with Tripledot's wider HR vision.
