HR Enablement Lead

The HR Enablement Lead at Salesloft owns the learning programs that ramp managers, onboard new hires, and equip the People team, building a cohesive learning journey for the global workforce. This role moves beyond administrative operations to strategic partnership and the integration of AI, architecting a system of learning that holds together across every level. The position involves designing and facilitating enablement workshops, partnering with People Business Partners to identify talent gaps, and building playbooks and training materials. The role also focuses on experimenting with and implementing AI-powered tools to automate workflows and personalize curriculum.
