HR Generalist 2

The HR Generalist 2 supports the Human Resources Business Partner in executing people strategies and administering HR programs for the ATL Distribution Center and/or assigned locations. This role serves as a trusted point of contact for team members and leaders, providing practical guidance on HR policies, employee relations, staffing, onboarding, compliance, performance management, leave administration, and other people-related matters. The position requires strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality while balancing business needs, team member experience, and compliance requirements.
