HR Generalist, Americas

The HR Generalist, Americas serves as a primary HR resource for employees and managers across the United States, Canada, and Brazil, providing day‑to‑day support on employee relations, policies, leaves, accommodations, and HR programs. The role partners with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and other HR functions to deliver consistent regional programs, ensure compliance, and support organizational changes and employee engagement.
