About this role

RokkerX is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to own the full employee lifecycle for its Bulgarian operation, partnering with managers to foster an engaging, high‑performing workplace. The role blends HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and people partnering in a fast‑paced iGaming environment.

Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding
Coordinate monthly payroll with external providers ensuring accuracy
Provide HR guidance and handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters
Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and onboarding process
Drive employee engagement, wellbeing initiatives and organisational change projects
