The HR Generalist in Subang Jaya supports managers and employees throughout the full employee lifecycle, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. Working closely with the Regional Director and local stakeholders, the role ensures compliance, promotes the employer brand, and contributes to building an engaged, future‑ready workforce.
