About this role

Arevon is seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to own payroll processing in Paylocity and support employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, transitions, and HRIS data management. This role requires strong payroll processing experience, hands-on Paylocity knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams in a growing, multi-state environment. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of payroll processing experience and immigration experience is strongly preferred.
