HR Generalist

The HR Generalist at Baptist Medical Center Beaches & South serves as a front-facing member of the Human Resources Business Advisory team, providing HR support and employee relations guidance to employees and leaders across the hospital. This role supports human resources programs, policies, and processes while partnering with HR Business Advisors and other HR Centers of Excellence to promote a positive, efficient, and engaged workplace. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with hospital leaders and employees to address routine HR matters and ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
