This role sits on the Executive Leadership Team of New Zealand's fastest-growing Life Insurance company, reporting directly to the CEO to shape and drive the people strategy. The position involves leading future-of-work initiatives, including AI adoption and job redesign, while overseeing talent, succession, employee relations, and HR operations. The successful candidate will partner with regional and local stakeholders to build a commercially aligned people strategy that supports business execution and manages people risk.
