HR Generalist

The HR Generalist administers daily Human Resources functions, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding staff, as well as managing pay, benefits, leave, and company policies. The role provides additional administrative support to the Accounting Department and ensures compliance with employment laws. This position involves collaborating with management on talent acquisition, performance management, and workplace investigations while maintaining accurate HRIS and payroll records.
