HR Generalist

The HR Generalist serves as a trusted advisor to the HR team, leaders, and employees across LifeMoves' multi-site operations, advancing a consistent, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. This role manages a high-volume employee relations caseload, including investigations, performance management, and compliance guidance, while partnering with leadership to design and facilitate learning and development initiatives. The position requires a trauma-informed, people-centered approach to problem-solving and communication in a hybrid work environment.
