The HR Generalist serves as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries, supporting the department with data administration, analytics, and business process documentation for employee lifecycle activities. This role partners with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to identify operational challenges, strengthen standard processes, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
