HR Generalist

This overnight position performs core human resource functions across a territory of all New York plants with overnight operations. The role serves as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing onsite support and resolving HR procedural and substantive questions. Responsibilities include coaching through employee relations issues, managing leaves of absence, and facilitating new employee orientations. The position also involves maintaining accurate personnel records and supporting plant safety protocols.
