HR Generalist

The HR Generalist serves as the primary on-site HR business partner for the Stockton and Lathrop plants, providing hands-on support to employees and leaders. This role manages full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and compliance while partnering with HR Operations to ensure accurate onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration. The position drives continuous improvement of HR processes to support a safe, respectful, and productive workplace.
