HR Generalist

The HR Generalist supports employee performance, relations, workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, and leave of absence functions for all Pressley Ridge employees under the direction of the HR Director. The role involves handling employee relations inquiries, administering benefits and leave processes, and managing unemployment compensation claims and appeals. Additionally, the position ensures compliance with employment laws, supports payroll and HRIS workflows, and assists with training and professional development initiatives.
