HR Generalist

The HR Generalist will lead the administration of HR operations, HRIS systems, and the entire employee lifecycle within a fast-paced, agile technology company. This role involves managing HRIS configuration, data quality, and reporting while serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations, benefits, and policy inquiries. The position requires partnering with Finance, Payroll, and Leadership to ensure compliance, optimize processes, and support talent acquisition and retention efforts.
