HR Generalist

This role provides general administrative HR field support at designated company facilities, coordinating local Human Resource functions and acting as a liaison between the facility and HR Corporate Headquarters. The position involves managing recruiting activities, communicating HR policies and benefits to employees, and maintaining personnel records. It also includes scheduling training sessions, acting as the site EEO representative, and supporting special HR projects as needed.
