HR Generalist

This role provides comprehensive HR operational support to the Savills KSA business, encompassing day-to-day HR delivery, employee relations, and ad-hoc project work. The position involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, supporting talent acquisition, and enhancing the employee experience through effective onboarding and performance management. The HR Generalist also ensures compliance with KSA labor laws and manages visa and insurance processes for new and existing employees.
