The HR Generalist provides onsite Human Resources support for the Market Distribution Centre in Brampton, Ontario, serving as the primary HR resource for the facility. This role partners with leaders and associates to support employee relations, recruitment, performance management, attendance management, workplace investigations, and day-to-day HR operations. The position also acts as the onsite Tier 1 Health & Safety resource, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and supporting workplace incident investigations and safety training.
