The HR Generalist serves as the primary Human Resources representative for Ulbrich Shaped Wire and Corporate Headquarters in North Haven, CT, providing strategic and day-to-day HR support across multiple facilities. This role involves managing employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, policy administration, training, and organizational development.
