HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-oriented HR Generalist to support a growing custom signage business with 4 locations and 225 employees. This role manages a variety of human resource functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate balances administrative responsibilities with employee interaction, problem-solving, and supporting managers through day-to-day HR challenges.
