HR Generalist/Benefits Specialist

The Compensation and Benefits Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for the day-to-day administration of Pomeroy’s U.S. and Canada compensation and benefits programs. This position has a strong operational and employee-service focus and plays a critical role in ensuring accurate benefits administration, responsive employee support, and effective coordination with vendors, payroll, and HR systems. The role also supports the design and development of compensation programs by assisting with data collection, job documentation, benchmarking, and process development as Pomeroy’s compensation structure continues to evolve.
