HR Generalist/TA Business Partner

QSR Automations is seeking a professional and highly organized HR Generalist/TA Business Partner to support all HR functions with a primary focus on recruiting for a growing software technology firm. This full-time, in-office role based in Louisville, Kentucky, reports to the VP of People & Culture and is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and HR administrative duties. The ideal candidate will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create sourcing strategies, and maintain HRIS systems while fostering a positive employee experience.
