HR Graduate Program

Redpath's 18-month HR Graduate Program offers practical, hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including rotations in Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. Participants will gain exposure to employee relations, performance management, recruitment, payroll, and HR analytics while supporting mining operations. The program aims to develop well-rounded HR professionals, preparing them to step into an HR Advisor role upon successful completion.
