HR Graduate Program

Redpath's 18-month HR Graduate Program offers practical, hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle, including rotations in Human Resources, Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, and Payroll. The role prepares participants to step into an HR Advisor role upon completion by providing exposure to employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR analytics. Participants will work alongside experienced professionals, support mining operations, and have opportunities to visit project sites, including underground mining environments.
