An HR Intern at the International Rescue Committee (IRC) will be embedded in the Human Resources team of a large international humanitarian NGO, gaining practical exposure to HR administration and systems. The internship reports to the Human Resource Manager and offers an opportunity to develop foundational HR competencies while supporting HR operations.
