HR Intern

The HR Intern role supports the internal People team at Alcon in managing recruiting, employee relations, talent acquisition, and administrative HR operations. This position works closely with HR leaders to execute strategic initiatives, maintain accurate records, and facilitate communication across the workforce. While internal candidates should use provided links, external applicants are expected to assist with onboarding coordination and compliance documentation under supervision.
