HR Lead, Southern

The HR Lead – Southern Africa at Sun King owns the full people agenda across Zambia, South Africa, Madagascar, Malawi, and Mozambique, partnering with country and regional managers to build and safeguard teams delivering affordable solar energy. Based in Lusaka, this role leads a team of in-country HR professionals to deliver on talent acquisition, onboarding, engagement, learning, performance, employee relations, and HR operations while ensuring employment compliance across five jurisdictions. The position requires driving inclusive hiring, fostering a culture of learning and belonging, and strengthening HR operations and analytics to support commercial delivery.
