HR Manager

The HR Manager will lead all aspects of the employee lifecycle in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, partnering with leaders to influence business outcomes and foster a positive workplace culture. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and engagement initiatives while providing coaching and guidance to both leaders and employees.
