HR Manager

This role leads end-to-end HR operations for a manufacturing plant, encompassing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management. The position ensures compliance with Malaysian labour laws and Group HR policies while managing employee relations, performance management, and statutory requirements. It also supports plant setup and operations through HR administration, training, reporting, and manpower budgeting.
