HR Manager

The HR Manager serves as the primary HR partner for the Buffalo R&D site and broader R&D organization, translating business priorities into effective people and talent strategies. This role supports the union-represented workforce in partnership with Labor Relations while providing leadership across employee relations, talent, performance, and organizational matters. The position involves coaching leaders, managing workforce planning, and leveraging data to support organizational effectiveness and change management.
