HR Manager

The HR Manager serves as the senior HR leader for the distribution center, owning the full HR agenda including employee relations, workforce planning, talent, compliance, safety partnership, and culture. Reporting to the HR Director, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy to set the site’s people strategy and serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership. The position involves leading change management, managing complex investigations, and driving retention and safety initiatives across the facility.
