The HR Manager at West Shore Country Club is a multi-functional leadership role responsible for executing high-volume seasonal workforce operations, managing employee benefits, and processing end-to-end payroll. Reporting directly to the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer, the position focuses on strategic and day-to-day personnel management, including full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, policy enforcement, and team-building initiatives. This role serves as the primary operational anchor for the club's annual scaling cycle, rapidly expanding the team for the busy summer season and managing subsequent transitions.
