An experienced HR Manager will lead the human resources and administration function in the UAE, owning the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding, payroll coordination, and compliance. This hands-on generalist role balances day-to-day HR operations with strategic initiatives to improve retention, engagement, and performance. The position requires managing end-to-end recruitment, HR documentation, payroll, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring adherence to UAE labour law.
