The HR Manager leads and oversees the full spectrum of HR operations across the Santa Marina Arachova Resort & Spa and Santa Marina, a Luxury Collection Resort, Mykonos, driving strategic talent initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent. Based at the Athens Head Office, the role involves regular travel to the Mykonos and Arachova properties to ensure hands-on support and alignment across all locations. This position plays a vital role in cultivating a culture of excellence and collaboration, directly contributing to the continued success of both resorts and elevating the overall guest experience.
