HR Officer

The HR Officer will manage the full employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate HR records in compliance with Swiss regulations. This role serves as the primary HR contact for apprentices and trainees while providing first-line support to employees and managers on policies, procedures, and welfare matters. The position also involves coordinating recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and time and absence management processes.
