HR Operations Associate

The role provides day‑to‑day support for the Crew Member Services team, acting as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and handling employee lifecycle transactions, onboarding, off‑boarding, benefits, payroll, and leave administration. It also involves maintaining accurate HR records, generating reports, and ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws while meeting service level agreements.
