HR Operations Coordinator

The HR Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day human resources operations across the employee lifecycle for both U.S. and India employees. This role works closely with HR leadership, employees, payroll, finance, benefits providers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes are handled accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The position involves coordinating onboarding and offboarding, administering HR transactions in Workday, maintaining employee records, and assisting with payroll, benefits, compliance, and immigration administration.
