This fixed‑term role supports priority HR initiatives across Edwards Israel, including the implementation of the Israel HR Operating Model, post‑acquisition integration, and harmonization of HR policies and processes. The position partners with HR leaders to translate decisions and business requirements into clear documentation, communications, tools, and implementation materials for Israel entities.
