HR Operations Internship

As a People Operations Intern at SITS | Traxion, you will support the People & Culture team with impactful assignments in Human Resources, focusing on the entire employee journey to continuously improve the employee experience. The role involves hands-on experience with operational HR activities, including onboarding, employee administration, and process improvement initiatives within an international cybersecurity organization. You will contribute to the quality and continuity of HR operations while gaining practical insights into how the People Team supports both employees and business success.
