The role focuses on evolving HR operations from early-stage startup practices to public-company readiness while maintaining a human-centered employee experience. This individual contributor position operates with high autonomy and visibility, building durable systems and infrastructure that ensure HR data and processes are reliable, auditable, and decision-ready. The role partners closely with People leadership and other key functions to support governance, risk mitigation, and scalable growth.
